20 Sept 2006

Today, our very own 102 IPW group (Animal Connections): consisting of Yvonne, Weiqing (MCs of today's IPW presentations), Eiffel, Genevieve and Beverly, won the 2 top IPW presentations. They did it on the cruelty of eating shark's fin. It can caused in fertility and brain disorders, so... cut down on your consumption! :D

NYGH has banned youtube.com again. Why do they want to do so? Is watching videos unhealthy? If you watch the right material, they should not consider it corrupting or something. Maybe they should only ban those material they find unacceptable, like what our Reality TV gorup today presented: vulgarities, obscene stuff etc.

Qiu Lao Shi told us about a Autumn Festival thingy organized with HCI. Luobogao, xc and I were interested to go. It will before our final exam. When Chin Wen heard that Zhi yang would be singing, she screamed and immediately announced her intention of going!! :))

Tomorrow will be the geog and math tests. WHY DOES IT ALL HAVE TO BE ON THE SAME DAY??? I really do not understand why they don't choose any day but choose Wednesday!! I would prefer turesdays, thursday or mondays. This is as wednesdays and fridays I have french, which will lessen my study time. I also cannot skip lessons just for this reason, as french oral and paper are just NEXT WEEK! >.<

What a Morning!

Ok. It's about time I updated. Today, I was still down with a BAD cold and cough and so my mom wrote me an excuse letter for PE. Then, Mrs Wong came back to teach us Physics and Ms Chen said she did not specialise in that area of science. I guess everything just came back in the end, except conversion of units with the -3 and everything... :'( Then, PE. It was the highest record of people not going for PE - 9! Mr Chia was just stunned and blown away. And he even asked the ill ones - including me - to take others for the PAT. I throw the ball over to the tennis courts one time and spent quite some MORE time hunting for it. (beverly found it) Afterwards, I had to take Emily on a tour of her PAT 700m running ground. So we WALKED the whole way. And when we got back, the class was just dispersing. Mr Chia looked at me incredulously and said, "You didn't WALK all the way, did you?" "We did," I replied. And he went off shaking his head. I mean, wht is wrong with that? Emily was have her warm up walk and will even know the way better. Isn't that killing two birds with one stone??

And on the walk with Emily, I saw a beautiful flower. It was going to wither soon but it was still splendid now and full intact with its five petals making a perfect circle. And everyone who saw it asked me whether I had PLUCKED IT. Please, I won't be so cruel! WU HUI YA!!! >.<
