TODAY IS SUPER DARE DAY. And it also coincides with MPP Presentation Day. Oh did I say coincide? I think its more like INTENTIONALLY MICHELLE YOU EVIL TOOT. And Dileen kept asking me to stop eating-.- Anyway woke up at 6 to go to Orchard but still arrived the latest ): OH AND THE FREAKIEST THING HAPPENED. We wanted to go to a cyber cafe to edit our powerpoint, so I made a list 5 internet cafes in Orchard. At 7 am I started calling them one by one to check their opening hours. I had just about given up all hope for a cyber cafe to be opened so early, when I got through to Everst Web City in Far East Shopping Centre. The guy was like, "My name is ______(didnt catch) and we're open now." So, I was super happy to have found an operating cafe and all of us trooped off to Far East. When we got there. there were a few security guards and everything was still closed. But seeing as we were students they let us find the 'cyber cafe' at #02-30, the venue specified by my internet search. The place was creepy enough by itself, with its empty walkways and immobile escalators. As we went around and around the second floor we realized that THERE WAS NO #02-30 AT ALL. The numbers went as far as 29 and 36, but there was absolutely NO #02-30! That was when we got really scared. WHO ANSWERED MY CALL? Anyway to check, Lihong bravely agreed to call the number and ask where #02-30 was. After the second try, we got through, but the person on the other line told Lihong, "There was a cyber cafe by the name of Everest Web City in Far East Shopping Centre, BUT IT CLOSED A FEW YEARS AGOOOOO." omg I WANTED TO RUN AWAY AS FAST AS I COULD! I need a change of phone, gonna be scared to death otherwise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We were setting up the PPT when this NUS guy peered over the the screen and he was like,"Wa, siao." Later, he came up to us and told us, "Can we have a non-aggression pact?" And he only asked our group :)) HAHA ARE WE THAT SMART? ><
Oh ya did the most embarrassing thing today. I think whenever im with Lihong and Mich i do embarrassing things -.- Dileen said she laughed until her stomach hurt -.- We shall coerce Dileen to perform a dare next time. She totally chickened out today! HAIYO.
