I have been tagged by Laura to do her quiz which was taken from Nicolette's blog. Wait. Ok so that makes it Nicolette's quiz then :DD And so, armed with a bag of dried Mushroom Chips (this is literal), I shall proceed.

1. What's the most scandalous thing you've done?
I CAN THINK OF NONE AT THE MOMENT :DDD I ROCK LA.

2. Where does your heart want to go?
Somewhere peaceful, happy and HOMEWORK FREE.

3. Do you think you have enough confidence?
Only when I am good in something that I do.

4. Who is the person that you confide in?
Sometimes, my family and friends. But some things cant always be said, so I mostly will confide in myself.

5. Are you satisfied with yourself?
Not really. There is so much of myself that I wish to improve.

6. What are you afraid to lose the most?
The love of my family and friends. Also, my blanket and favourite books.

7. Do you believe in eternal love?
Nope. Nothing is ever eternal.

8. Have you broken someone's heart that he tried to commit suicide?
Do I look like the kind of girl who would? :D

My teeth (so straight after braces :DD)

My family, friends, and books

All my super many ultra embarrassing moments which will haunt me for life.

Someone they can trust and confide in.

My first date with a potential other half. It hasn't happened but hey, you never know ;) My interpretation is so unique :D

I could travel the world, be happy, meet my other half like I have described and do something worthwhile.

20. If you could travel in time and return to a phase of your life, which phase would it be and why?
My childhood. It just flew by so fast.

21. If there's one thing you'd do now, what would it be?
Eat tons of oranges and ice cream, watch movies on end and laugh like a maniac.

coincidences

My dad told me something MONUMENTAL AND PHENOMENAL TODAY.

> In May this year, he was looking through the obituaries and saw his RI TO UNIVERSITY FRIEND. They weren't exactly close but he told me that his friend was socially backward and my father was one of the people he could actually talk to.

He had been dead for 17 years.

He died the year my parents got married.

He died the month my cousin was born.

This is just SOOOO COINCIDENTAL that I couldn't resist writing it down. I think coincidences are just a little scary though

Wishing on a shooting star

Just wishful thinking :D

Anyway, who remembers Laura's psychology test on sex right before OBS?

I just asked my brother to do it.

Since he is too young (12), I refrained from telling him what his answers actually meant. But still, his ignorance was funny.

Me: If you had to climb over a fence to get to a strawberry field, how high would the wall be?

Bro: Not very high. Very short actually, so I can climb over it. (Despite my height, me brother is unfortunately a midget, and I have just about given up that he will grow any taller)

What this means: He will have no pressure about having his first time.

SHOULD I BE WORRIED?!!

Me: When you finally get over the wall, how many strawberries would you pick?

Bro: None. I dislike strawberries.

What this means: He won't have it with ANYONE.

To quote Laura, "Your brother has no pressure to do it for the first time, but then there will be no first time. He is a sad person =.="

Afterwards he asks, "Jiejie, do you have any more psychology tests for me to do?"

NEW PC :D

I GOT A NEW COMPUTER.

It's SERIOUSLY COOL! Really sleek and just uber uber NICE. And now I'm lost for words to describe the greatness of it all - proof of how great it really is!

Anyway, my tatami bed came yesterday and I went to pick it up! The smell takes time to get used to, but the colour is fantastic and it provides great support for my neck and back! I almost can't bear to go to camp and be denied the pleasure sleeping on it.

My cousins came over to check out my new flat on Friday night. The younger ones aka teenagers and below basically came to hide out in my room and play, recite weird jokes from some radio show and camwhore. Yes, even the guys HAHAHAHA.

I wish there were more of these family gatherings. It is nice to relax and talk nonsense every now and then.

Adults are seriously too serious. Just realized what a nice sentence it is that I've just constructed. I'm proud of myself :DD

VOLLEYBALL CAMP TMR. MIA TILL TUES.

BUT REALLY, WHAT CAMP IS 2 DAY 1 NIGHT?! THE FUN IS ALL ABOUT STAYING OVERNIGHT AINT IT??

the intertwined foodstuffs

8 JUNE IS FINALLY HEREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

After months of dreaming, but not much planning, the much awaited day has FINALLY arrived!!!

Dileen and Libin couldn't make it at the last minute ): but even with the limited crew of michelle, lihong, jieying and I, it was still a really fun day :D

Was forced by michelle to WEAR A DRESS. Met up with michelle and jieying at chinese gardens mrt. Awww michelle I know you LURVE my present! :DD And jieying let us choose earrings that she had brought back from Korea. She had bet with Grace on which earrings michelle and I would choose and... they guessed wrong :PP

Anyway my nice auntie came to pick us up and send us to the hair salon. I dont know abt mich, but I LOVED my new haircut! Omg that hairdresser is MAGIC. He actually tamed my hair and made it somewhat straighter! :O

Too bad the other hairdresser at the counter was such a... cheekopeh =.=

He kept staring at michelle! I was sitting in the chair waiting for my haircut when I happened to see him staring very hard at something. I thought it was mich but to confirm I called her over and saw his eyes moving along as well, much like a dog follows its prey. SHEESH.

We met lihong at vivo since the hairdresser was fully booked for the REST OF THE DAY and couldnt cut lup cheong's hair T.T

We brought mich to burger king and went to order her food... so we could prepare her surprise! We bought the Hershey's sundae pie, stuck candles in it and lit it with this guy's lighter. After using one candle to light the rest, lihong proceeded to blow out the extra candle. And...

Blew out the rest of the candles on the pie as well! HAHAHAH COULDNT STOP LAUGHING =)

The best part was that mich didn't suspect a thing! Here is the birthday girl with her unexpected pie!














































Took a picture with the foursome of sex and the city. WE ARE ALSO A FOURSOME :DDD Jieying and Michelle stood one step higher than lup cheong and I, that's why they seem taller! Dont live in denial mich :P





















Travelled all the way from vivo to plaza sing just to catch a movie as the seats for kung fu panda and indy were all FULLY BOOKED. SIGH, THE HORROR OF WATCHING A MOVIE ON A SUNDAY. We ended up watching kung fu panda. I would have preferred indy, but kung fu panda was a pleasant surprise. It was entertaining and somewhat philosophical - "The past is history, the future is a mystery, but now is a gift. That's why its called the present" and "There is no secret ingredient, it is yourself" - and kept me watching and laughing throughout while two boys beside me were jabbering away in some language I couldn't put my finger on.

The best part of the movie was that the panda was called Po (POH IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN) and that BAO was a major foodstuff instrumental in Po's success :DDDDDDD

I LUV TODAAAAAY!!! LUV YOU MICHELLE, JIEYING, LUP CHEONG!
